The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the record development in the Jordanian, Arabian, Asian, and world track and field championships for men during 1998-2008 and to predict the records expected in 2010 and 2012, respectively. The descriptive approach was used. Data were screened (using the records of Jordanian, Arabian, Asian, and world federations) during the period (1998-2008) for the Jordanian, Arabian, Asian, and world records championships. (SPSS) software used to analyze the data. Simple linear regression and percentages were used. Results showed that there was an ability to predict the records in most of the championships involved in both the field activities and track activities. It was recommended to plan and train in a high level in order to enhance the Jordanian records in the different activities.
