This research aimed at investigating the degree of the practicing of the educational supervisors their technical tasks from teachers' viewpoint in Al-karak governorate during the academic year 2011-2012. The sample of the study consisted of (977) male and female teachers selected using stratified random method. The study instrument consisted of (54) items of six domains. It revealed the following: the degree of practicing of the educational supervisors for their technical tasks from the teachers' viewpoint was medium in all domains. Also, there were statistical significant differences due to qualification in favor of the diploma and BA. holders. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following: Increasing the number of teacher's supervisors and decreasing the number of teachers following each supervisor.
