The Availability Degree of Morale for Government Schools' Teachers at Bani Obeid's District from their Point of View


Abstract | الملخص

This study aimed to explore the availability degree of morale for government schools' teachers at Bani Obeid's district from their point of view, and to show the impact of the variables (Gender, Years of Experience, Qualification and Educational Level) on teachers' estimations to the availability degree of morale. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology, and the sample of the study consisted of (382) teachers. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (38) items was designed. The results showed that the teachers' estimations in Bani Obeid's district to the availability degree of morale for them was high. And there were no significant statistical differences on teachers' estimations to the availability degree of morale for them due to the variables of the study (Gender, Years of Experience, Qualification and Educational Level).The study recommended the need of conservatism with the high level of morale for government schools' teachers at Bani Obeid's district, and developed mechanisms and procedures that increase their motivation to work.
