The present study aimed at finding out the degree of commitment of the school principals and students in Islamic social values among a sample of 269 male and female teachers in Al Koura Directorate of Education using the comprehensive exclusion method. To achieve the objectives of the study the researchers used the descriptive survey. Besides, as a questionnaire was built consisting of 64 items distributed on two areas: the area of teacher-principal relationship, and the second area: the teacherstudents relationship. Results of the study revealed the presence of a medium degree of commitment of the school principals in the Islamic social values. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the degree of commitment of the principals values due to gender or experience. The results also showed the presence of a medium degree of commitment of secondary school students in Islamic social values, and the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the students' commitment in the values attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, as well as the existence of differences due to the experience variable and in favor of less experienced teachers. The study recommended the need to address the themes of Islamic social values and to highlight them through school activities and learning objectives, and to provide educational programs that contribute to the development of the commitment in Islamic and social values among school principals and secondary school students.
