The purpose of the study was to identify the difficulties that faced the student teachers in Physical education department at Al Quds University during their teaching practices of scholastic PE lessons. The variables of the study were (gender, schools type, and the GPA). The sample of the study consisted of (40) student teachers chosen from the populations in purposive way. A questionnaire was designed to fulfill the purpose which comprised of 60 items and 6 domains, hand out distribution was administered in order to collect data and analyze it. The results of the study revealed that student teachers encountered many problems with different intensity, no significant differences were found in all variables except in the personal domain where less than average GPA subjects had more problems compared to average and above students. The researchers recommend that there is necessity to activate the supervisory visits in both quantity and quality manners
