The Study aims at identifying the conditions of trademarks’ registration, impressions, effects of trademarks and how to protect them. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method in his study in order to achieve his aims supported by both previous studies regarding this topic and lawyers who work on the legal aspects of trademarks and their effects and protecting. The results of the study show that there are objective and procedural conditions for trademarks registration represent their impressions in figures, symbols, colors and shapes. The results indicate that the most important effects of trademarks are intellectual property and civil and penal protection of the trademarks. Also there are several methods to protect the trademarks such as international agreements as treaty of Paris 1883 and Truss agreement 1994. Moreover the study shows the conditions of trademarks protection According to Jordanian trademarks law.
